Duración: Contrato de 12 meses con posibilidad de contratación

Tarifa: $55 - $60/hora en W2

Ubicación: Redmond/Bellevue, WA - Híbrido, 2-3 días en la oficina por semana

Responsabilidades:

  • Experiencia en proyectos de Servicios Avanzados con un enfoque en Agile y entrega de software, así como comprensión de proyectos de infraestructura tradicionales.
  • Habilidades de comunicación orientadas al cliente para la gestión de partes interesadas y capacidad para articular tanto para equipos de negocio como técnicos.
  • La experiencia en gestión de programas sería un valor añadido para proporcionar gobernanza a través de un portafolio de proyectos.
  • Gestiona los aspectos operativos y tácticos diarios de múltiples proyectos complejos con múltiples flujos de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para crear un WBS detallado con interdependencias y un camino crítico definido.
  • Demuestra excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita; desarrolla y ejecuta una estrategia de comunicación interna y externa eficiente para asegurar la comunicación con todos los niveles de gestión dentro del equipo.
  • Monitorea e informa sobre el progreso del proyecto a las partes interesadas.
  • Construye y fortalece relaciones con el cliente y las partes interesadas (internas y externas).
  • Responsable de la creación y mantenimiento de planes de recursos, asegurando una asignación y distribución efectiva de recursos a través del portafolio de proyectos.
  • Utiliza herramientas y técnicas de gestión de proyectos para mejorar la ejecución y aumentar la eficiencia.
  • Implementa procedimientos de revisión de compromiso y aseguramiento de calidad de acuerdo con nuestra metodología.
  • Asegura la ejecución rentable y exitosa de todos los compromisos asignados, medidos por los objetivos regionales y la retroalimentación del cliente.
  • Gestiona proactivamente los cambios en el alcance del proyecto.
  • Crear y ejecutar planes de gestión de riesgos de manera efectiva.
  • Gestiona y analiza la rentabilidad, ingresos, márgenes, tarifas de facturación y utilización a través de los proyectos.
  • Comprender y gestionar los componentes financieros clave del proyecto para asegurar que se entreguen dentro del presupuesto.
  • Responsable de la calidad y ejecución oportuna de los entregables a través de los proyectos.

Requisitos:

  • 10-14 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
  • Certificación PMP.
  • Más de 8 años de experiencia en un entorno de entrega de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia en un entorno tecnológico multinacional (ICT, Seguridad, Transformación Empresarial).
  • Experiencia trabajando en proyectos globales o multinacionales.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de Servicios Web, Redes, Almacenamiento, Virtualización, Nube, Seguridad y/o Colaboración.
  • Experiencia comprobada en Gestión de Riesgos y Gestión de Cambios.
  • Experiencia con software de gestión de proyectos como MS Project.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a ubicaciones de clientes.
