Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Caregiver Professionals to join our team in the Mastic Beach area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible work schedule that meets your personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to clients in their homes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in home healthcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
