About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Professional to join our team. As an Experienced Senior Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in Shirley, NY, and surrounding areas.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner.
  • Provide emotional support and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
  • Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.
  • Transport clients to appointments as needed.
  • Document completion of tasks and report any changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
  • Valid NY Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification.
  • Proof of a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
  • Open availability strongly preferred.
  • TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
