Compensation and Benefits

With a competitive salary range of $55,000-$125,000 based on experience in sales and/or insurance, our compensation structure is designed to reward your efforts. Once established, producers will earn commissions on both new and renewal business, offering substantial long-term earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to develop a robust book of business.
  • Engage actively with community organizations to leverage influential networks.
  • Establish strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Act as a trusted risk advisor by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, the account management team, and carrier partners.
  • Ensure regular and reliable attendance.

Education and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Active Colorado P&C License or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
