Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist Role at Compuray Medical

Compuray Medical is on the lookout for a proficient and seasoned Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist to become a vital part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care to our patients within a nurturing atmosphere.

Position Summary:
  • Conduct echocardiographic ultrasound examinations on a variety of patients
  • Analyze results and prepare reports in accordance with departmental protocols
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure thorough completion of assessments
  • Exhibit expertise in all clinical modalities within the Echo Lab
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication
Qualifications:
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Completion of an accredited cardiac sonographer training program
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in adult cardiac echocardiograms
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
Senior Level Requirements:
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience in adult cardiac echocardiograms
  • Current registry through ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS, RCCS, ACS)
  • Graduate of a recognized ultrasound training program
  • Experience in academic hospital environments
Essential Skills and Certifications:
  • Current registry through ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS or ACS)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate across multiple Medical Center locations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of one year post-graduate experience in adult cardiac echocardiograms
  • Experience working with patients with congenital heart conditions
