  • Provide server, network, and IVR support, including maintenance, disaster recovery, and backup.
  • Monitor network status and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage server upgrades and expansions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implement and maintain server security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Support the management and maintenance of network software, including upgrades and patches.
  • Manage LAN interfaces to local county data processing networks, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Support the management and maintenance of voice gateways, IVR systems, and inbound/outbound calls.
  • Manage and support Cisco Call Managers and IVR platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Support the management and maintenance of content delivery networks, ensuring fast and reliable content delivery.
  • Provide end-user and desktop support, including help desk level 1-3 services.
  • Manage user accounts and ensure secure access to network resources.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and VPNs.
  • Support the management and maintenance of Citrix connectivity, ensuring seamless access to network resources.
  • Provide print support and management, ensuring reliable and secure printing services.
  • Support the management and maintenance of asset tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory.
  • Manage projects and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members, ensuring seamless handovers and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations and support of client infrastructure networks.
  • CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) Certification or higher.
  • ITIL v3 certification (Foundation level or higher).
Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
