We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed School Security Officer to join our team at Tier One Holdings LLC. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our school campuses, students, faculty, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce laws and prevent crimes on school campuses
  • Conduct liaison between school administration, law enforcement agencies, and the public
  • Foster relationships with students, families, and faculty
  • Use visitor management systems to check in visitors and contractors
  • Monitor camera systems to identify and track suspicious activity
  • Deliver classroom presentations on safety and security topics
  • Coordinate emergency drills and maintain state compliance
  • Provide technical and administrative support to security services
Requirements
  • Current Level III license issued from TX DPS PSB
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to conduct a physical fitness assessment
  • Must be capable of passing a background check
  • 21 years of age
  • U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to investigate suspicious circumstances and physically restrain parties involved in conflicts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with school staff, students, families, and law enforcement professionals
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
