Overview of Job Role

The Mental Health Technician will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with developmental needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
  2. Facilitate skill-building groups to promote patient growth and development
  3. Document patient behavior and progress
  4. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

Education and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's degree in a psychology-related field or be currently enrolled in a nursing program. Prior experience working with developmental populations is highly desirable.


What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
