Our Group Home program provides adults with daily activity skills to gain independence in small personal home settings. We require skilled nurses to join our dynamic team, providing continuity of care and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide healthcare and wellness coordination for individuals in accordance with state and federal regulations
  2. Function as liaison and advocate for individuals' healthcare with medical teams
  3. Train unlicensed staff on medication administration, delegated tasks, treatment protocols, and monitoring
  4. Implement and train employees on new and revised health-related policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Current Indiana Nursing license
  • Driver's license
  • Experience in community/long-term nursing and working with IDD individuals preferred

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications
