Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Nutrition Services Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of high-quality nutrition services to our clients.

About the Role:

  • This position will be responsible for providing nutrition support services to clients, including assessing eligibility, providing education, and promoting healthy eating habits.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience working with children and families is essential, as well as knowledge of health and nutrition principles.
  • The successful candidate will also possess a valid NYS Driver's License and be able to travel throughout the county.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $43,500 - $53,000 per annum, depending on experience.
