As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for executing intricate imaging and general radiology tasks. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting all body imaging and diagnostic procedures related to MRI.
- Assisting in the calibration and quality control of imaging equipment.
- Administering radiographic contrast as per physician directives and departmental protocols.
This position reports to the Lead CT/MRI Technologist and/or Operations Manager/Director. Please refer to the Physical Demands Project SharePoint site or consult with Risk Management/Employee Health for further details.
As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will encounter moderate exposure to various risks, including potential exposure to infections, radiation, and chemicals. The role may also involve dealing with interruptions and environmental factors.
