About the Role

The Hotel Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the resort. This includes troubleshooting and fixing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring guest repair requests are addressed effectively.

This is a challenging role that requires technical skills and knowledge of hotel engineering practices. The successful candidate will have experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting, as well as at least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.

We offer a competitive salary of $25.81 per hour, plus a range of benefits including health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the resort
  • Troubleshoot and fix equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and address guest repair requests
  • Train and mentor junior engineers on hotel engineering practices
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background
  • At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience
