  • Coordinate with internal support teams, including Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Engage with clients both in-person and virtually throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in resolving issues by collaborating with colleagues and subcontractors, and prepare materials for leadership briefings on emerging challenges.
  • Conduct necessary analyses to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Phoenix area.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in energy efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational and scheduling abilities.
  • Experience in client management.
  • Proven track record in tracking project timelines.
  • Willingness to exert extra effort when necessary, with a supportive team environment.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to adapt and transition seamlessly among tasks as priorities change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Asana, Smartsheets, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • High degree of cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in energy efficiency or utility sectors, particularly in market transformation.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with governmental clients and agencies.
  • Prior management experience in energy efficiency programs.
