Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Furniture Sales Representative to join our team at Total Corporate Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling office furniture solutions to companies in the Los Angeles County territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Implement creative sales strategies to achieve 100% of quota, perform customer needs analyses and site surveys, and present proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct prospecting telephone calls and cold calls to identify new business opportunities and upgrade existing customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of latest developments.
  • Sales Material Creation: Develop sales materials to present to customers, including proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • CRM Platform Familiarity: Experience with CRM platforms and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with ability to meet deadlines and details.
