Case Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Management Manager to join our team at The CSI Companies. This in-office role will be responsible for overseeing a multitude of beds with expected growth in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for staffing/scheduling for assigned areas.
- Tracks time and attendance and assures compliance with the Time and Attendance policy.
- Responsible for hiring, training and the daily supervision of assigned staff.
- Performs periodic and annual performance evaluations for subordinate staff in compliance with established guidelines.
- Assists the Director in implementing performance improvement initiatives within the department.
- Conducts periodic staff performance audits, provides feedback to staff on a routine basis, and implements performance improvement strategies and corrective action, as appropriate.
- Assists the Director with the development and annual review of departmental policies and procedures.
- Assists the Director in developing the annual budget and managing departmental resources within the established budget.
- Provides back-up coverage for assigned staff, as needed.
- Serves as the Director in the incumbent's absence.
- Maintains positive working relationships interdepartmentally and intradepartmentally.
- Represents department on intradepartmental and interdepartmental committees, task forces, etc. as requested by the Director.
- BSN or Master's in Social Work required.
- Active LCSW in the state of FL required.
- Case Management Certification of Trauma Certification is required but they have a year to get it.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.
- 3-5 years of utilization management, case management and/or discharge planning experience and/or experience in a hospital setting or in an academic medical center required.
