Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the assigned manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing community outreach and fundraising initiatives.
  • Recruiting and coordinating volunteers and participants for various programs.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with educational institutions and community partners.
  • Assisting in the execution of educational programs and related activities.

Specific Duties
Your specific duties will encompass:

  • Supporting fundraising efforts and volunteer recruitment through data entry and database management.
  • Tracking and training volunteers and participants for community-based activities.
  • Coordinating events and preparing necessary materials for meetings.
  • Creating and managing databases for donors, volunteers, and participants.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for various audiences.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma with two years of college-level coursework.
Experience: A minimum of four years in an administrative or program support role, including experience with community organizations.

Skills Required
Understanding of the County Education Office's role in relation to educational institutions and community agencies, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions
This position requires indoor work with occasional travel to various community events and educational sites.
