About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients.
  • Practice critical thinking and anticipate changes in patient status, taking action to modify the plan of care as needed.
  • Advocate for patients and uphold their autonomy in decision-making, ensuring informed consent and self-determination.
  • Engage in the governance of practice and actively seek feedback to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience.
  • Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire.
