About the Overnight Front Desk Supervisor PositionWe're seeking an experienced Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless transactions.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Coaching and developing your front office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Providing exceptional local insights and recommendations to our guests
- Anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests to ensure a seamless stay
- Managing and receiving payments for guest bookings
- Ensuring the check-in and check-out process is swift and seamless
We're looking for someone with:
- Higher education qualification in Hotel Management or Business Administration
- 3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
