We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaning Specialist to join our team at HTH Companies. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of facilities, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as sweepers and scrubbers
  • Remove trash and recyclables from facilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to management
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
