Job Title: Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in our Burn Trauma Surgical unit. As a Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Burn Trauma Surgical unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in educational programs and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • Current surgical trauma experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
