Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with area leads and engineers to develop and implement process improvements and equipment changes.
  • Provide technical support and training to other personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary parts and materials for maintenance activities.
  • Identify and report quality issues that require further investigation and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and promote a positive safety culture.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; AA or technical degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations.
