Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and PLCs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Monitor and oversee the work of sub-contract maintenance personnel.
  • Implement and maintain building maintenance procedures.
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Understand and operate robotic equipment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Strong background in CNC machines, specifically milling/turning machines.
  • Proficient with hydraulics, motors, pumps, belts, bearings.
  • Able to repair and replace plumbing.
  • Building maintenance experience.
  • Monitoring sub-contract maintenance personnel.
  • Understanding of robotics.
  • Able to document performed maintenance.
  • Preventive maintenance experience.
