About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Sales Professional to join our team at CenterWell. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting assigned homecare customer accounts or prospects to sell our company's products within a designated geographic territory or by nature of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales targets as established, preparing sales presentations, contracts, and proposals subject to review by supervisor.
  • Participate in special projects such as major promotions and new marketing initiatives.
  • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
  • Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
  • Follow established guidelines/procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. Must be able to drive within aligned territory.
  • 3 or more years of Healthcare or sales experience.
  • This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Business Development.
