Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Fraud Prevention Specialist to enhance our global fraud prevention team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic support to a portfolio of enterprise clients focused on risk management.
• Collaborate with the Accertify Implementation team to advise new clients on fraud risk strategies during onboarding, ensuring effective strategies are tested prior to the deployment of our platform.
• Work with existing clients to develop and implement comprehensive fraud prevention strategies and operational procedures aimed at reducing fraud and enhancing efficiency.
• Conduct detailed analyses using client data to identify fraud patterns, providing strategic recommendations to minimize risk exposure and present findings effectively.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and exceed expectations, acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
• Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and industry changes that may affect clients.
• Monitor platform updates and implement new features for relevant clients.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate new services and improve data visualization methods.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce fraud prevention within a high transaction volume environment, preferably in fintech or banking.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics with a focus on fraud prevention.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, including chargeback rules, authorization, settlement, and global fraud mitigation strategies.
• Proven ability to analyze and communicate e-commerce fraud threats effectively, delivering detailed technical information in presentations.
• Experience with fraud prevention platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with database structures and reporting tools; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
