Key Responsibilities- Energy Systems Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on energy systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Facilities Maintenance: Conduct maintenance and repairs on facilities, including buildings, shops, and warehouses.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including cranes, generators, and pumps.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair complex problems with energy systems and facilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, management, and technical employees to ensure smooth operation of energy systems and facilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and four years of applicable technical experience, or two years of related experience and an associate's degree in a technical field.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain valid state driver's license, and various licenses and certifications depending on specialization, such as EPA CFR Part 82 Sub Part F CFC Certified Type 123 Universal, NICET 2 certification, Washington State Electrical License, and NCCCO CCO Mobile Crane Operator certificate.
