Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Chief Development Officer's calendar, anticipating conflicts and resolving issues in advance.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless execution of itineraries.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for review, performing reconciliations as needed.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, guaranteeing all necessary technologies are available.
- Develop and distribute daily briefing materials for meetings in advance.
- Maintain and replenish office supplies as required.
- Update and manage distribution lists, organizational charts, and key meeting documents.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance organizational culture and connectivity.
- Work independently to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10 years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting a senior leader preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively carry out personal or executive assistant functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated strong self-starter, independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
