In this capacity, you will deliver maintenance, installation, and advisory services for the infrastructure and building needs of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate across various internal departments, including operations and logistics, to strategize and uphold the facility campus and surrounding areas.
Participate in all maintenance activities, focusing on the upkeep of the building, grounds, and physical systems, with a strong emphasis on Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Oversee, label, and monitor all facility assets.
Manage indirect procurement of facility supplies.
Engage with contractors and suppliers for facility upkeep and new construction initiatives.
Lead or assist in projects related to welding, fabrication, and tooling development.
Essential Skills:- Problem Solving: Proficient in recognizing, anticipating, and addressing organizational or operational challenges, applying problem-solving techniques to varied situations.
- Construction Engineering: Understanding of engineering principles and technology applicable to the construction sector, with the ability to implement these in the design and production of goods and services.
- Plant Facilities Management: Familiarity with the processes and methodologies for managing plant facilities, capable of overseeing all activities related to the maintenance of physical infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying and resolving technical issues within a manufacturing context.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering or facility maintenance.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and SAP.
