Salesforce Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

This role is a remote opportunity with occasional travel to the New York area. We are seeking a highly motivated ATS Business Development Manager to rapidly expand the sales of Automatic Transfer Switches across North America, with a focus on the New York state region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and guide third-party channel partners to maximize growth.
  • Support the business's Policy Deployment and 80/20 initiatives.
  • Build strategic relationships and business performance metrics for targeted customers, ensuring Regal as the customer's preferred supplier.
  • Develop and sustain Sales Plans by account for Automatic Transfer Switches to meet/exceed business targets for the customer base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering or related fields preferred.
  • 3-5 years' sales experience, preferably in the Power Management industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Ability and desire to frequently travel across North America.

What We Offer:

  • Total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position range from $90,000 to $150,000 per year, including both base salary and performance-based incentives.
