We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Medical City Lewisville. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal image capture.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
- Registered Computerized Tomography Technician (RCT) certification.
- Ability to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period.
- Availability to work three weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period.
- Willingness to float to other facilities within a close geography as needed.
- PRN status employee, subject to first call-off.
