Key Responsibilities:
- Assist transferees by evaluating relocation options and providing reliable information regarding their relocation process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proactive follow-up with transferees and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with real estate brokers, ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.
- Authorize necessary expenditures related to transferee relocations.
- Analyze and approve appraisals from real estate agents, leveraging industry knowledge.
