Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport patients to and from various departments, using proper lifting techniques to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Assist patients in and out of cars, as well as lift patients on and off beds, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
  • Transport medications, specimens, and blood to designated areas, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Transport deceased patients to the morgue and assist in placing them in the cooler, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move patients safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
