Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled Director, Business Operations to lead our DevOps transformation efforts. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of DevOps practices and automation across our organization.
Responsibilities- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of Business Operations professionals to support our DevOps transformation.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy that aligns with Mastercard's business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of DevOps practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our DevOps transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading DevOps transformations and implementing automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
