About the Job

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee the operational aspects of our parking facilities. You'll be responsible for managing a team, creating and implementing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Development: Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and reduced turnover.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments, develop and implement mitigation strategies, and maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, team development, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
