Job Overview

A Shop of Things, a Women's Accessories and Home Goods company based in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the digital organization and tracking of inventory. This key role will serve as a liaison between the company and its Third-Party Logistics warehouse to ensure seamless processes. The successful candidate will also be cross-trained in Wholesale Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with 3PL regarding inventory additions, discrepancies, expected order volume, etc.
  • Create SKUs and Item Listings for all products in Shopify.
  • Record Cost of Goods for all inventory.
  • Perform weekly audits and reports on the website.
  • Coordinate the drop-off and pick-up of inventory from the 3PL.
  • Generate weekly inventory reports.
  • Maintain accurate inventory spreadsheets.
Logistics Management:
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders for all incoming shipments according to company standards.
  • Inform the 3PL of all incoming shipments.
  • Schedule deliveries using 3PL scheduling software.
  • Manage the movement of orders within our order management platform.
Wholesale Management:
  • Monitor wholesale platforms daily for new orders.
  • Respond to customer messages on a daily basis.
  • Approve orders and assign Ship by Dates every day.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and shipping information for all orders.
  • Update and maintain Wholesale Product listings and Catalogs.
  • Add new products to online catalogs on a weekly basis.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
