Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service to our customers.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
