About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate-Bilingual to join our team at Aaron's. As a Sales Associate-Bilingual, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding the products they need, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise.
  • Handle clerical duties such as customer files and contracts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to a positive sales floor environment by being a positive, energetic, and approachable team member.
Requirements
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to perform a physical job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly, with proper training and equipment.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
