Experience 10+ years in Information Technology
5+ years in Guiding Care configuration Key Technical/Functional Competencies
  • In-depth understanding of Payer Healthcare, particularly in Clinical aspects
  • Proficient in Clinical configuration processes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Clinical modules such as Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), etc.
  • Hands-on experience with the configuration of the Clinical GuidingCare platform
  • Background in working with Medicaid payers
  • Familiarity with Healthedge (GuidingCare) platform
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated decision-making and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving capabilities
Customer-Centric Approach
Experience Required Involvement in Healthcare Payer operations with Medicaid experience.
