Premier Health Partners is in search of a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to enhance our healthcare team. In this capacity, you will deliver comprehensive clinical and procedural support to patients, collaborating closely with the Practice Manager and Healthcare Providers.
As an integral part of our organization, your role will focus on fostering an outstanding Patient Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination rooms and record patient vitals
- Administer pulmonary function assessments
- Provide injections, EKGs, and respiratory treatments
- Conduct laboratory tests, change dressings, and manage wound care
- Execute hearing and vision assessments
- Undertake additional tasks as required
Attention to detail and proficient documentation skills are crucial for excelling in this position.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent certification
- Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in outpatient healthcare settings is preferred
- Self-driven with a commitment to patient care and service excellence
- CPR certification within three months of hire
- Understanding of ICD-9 and CPT coding
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA regulations
