As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team by delivering new hire onboarding training, ensuring completion of sales compliance courses, and coaching and supporting new hires on marketing floors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Deliver new hire onboarding training for marketing agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Sales Compliance: Ensure completion of sales compliance courses for new hires, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Coaching and Support: Coach and support new hires on marketing floors, providing guidance and feedback to help them improve their performance.
  • Training for Underperforming Agents: Conduct training for underperforming agents, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Guest Services: Welcome guests and provide information about resort activities, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Technology Support: Support technology rollouts and sales initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare necessary reports and disseminate information to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Motivation and Attitude: Motivated with a positive attitude, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the team's success.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to multi-task, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Coaching and Motivation: Ability to coach and motivate team members, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Experience: Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience is a must.
