Role of the Wireless Sales Associate: Our Wireless Sales Associates play a pivotal role in achieving our objectives and delivering exceptional results for our customers and partners. In this position, you will have the chance to positively impact customers' lives by engaging with them directly and identifying the optimal solutions for their telecommunications requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential, existing, and past customers in person to provide a thorough understanding of our clients' wireless offerings.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and discounts, and effectively upsell services when suitable.
  • Organize and maintain sales agreements and confidential customer data within our Point of Sale system.
  • Adhere to compliance protocols as set by our clients and represent the brand professionally at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Wireless Sales Associates to monitor customer engagement trends and campaign metrics.
  • Confidently address customer inquiries and resolve objections as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Capability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Quick adaptability to new wireless products and services.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
