Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Productivity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and productivity of our end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and lead initiatives to improve End User Compute desktop performance
  • Sign off on physical workstation gold base images and update cadence
  • Ensure W365 and AWS environment has builds and specifications for various personas to optimize productivity
  • Review vulnerability reports and provide remediations applicable to end users
  • Oversee Asset Management process and progress
  • Provide direction, guidance, and signoff to matrix desktop support teams
  • Provide high-quality technical support to executives
  • Update and resolve escalated and executive work orders
  • May be assigned to a variety of business users to act as the technical point of contact
  • Ensure that all user service requests are logged, processed, and monitored according to company procedures
  • Manage time effectively to balance incident workload and drive progress of non-incident projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT counterparts to proactively obtain information regarding applications for problem solving or escalation
  • Manage all executive hardware
  • Ability to travel with executives and provide in-person remote support when needed
Requirements
  • Customer Service oriented; ability to interact with business executives
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate with groups and support teams
  • 2+ years of on-site white glove experience in the IT industry
  • 5+ years of supporting end user computing
  • Thorough and logical approaches to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience with Windows user interface (Windows 11, MS Office365, Okta, Global Protect, Windows365, Intune, and Tableau) is a plus, as well as familiarity with MacOS/Jamf
  • Strong technical skills and experience with a variety of computing platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, top-notch troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure, self-manage, and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Hands-on hardware/software experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, telephony, and mobile devices
