  • Provide courteous and efficient assistance to patients and their visitors at all times, answering incoming calls in a timely manner and upholding scripting to ensure appropriate care to patients.
  • Accept and complete assignments without complaint or follow chain of command to resolve any issues of concern.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork by treating all team members equally and with respect, setting up fellow team members for success, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Comply with diet orders and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by practicing safe food storage and handling, personal hygiene, PPE, uniform compliance, proper cleaning and sanitation of work area and equipment.
