**Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity involves working as part of a collaborative team to lead the evolution of our privacy engineering function. You will be responsible for cross-functional data privacy compliance work with various teams throughout the organization, including information technology, security, digital, and product teams. Your expertise will help us implement data privacy principles in various technologies and business lines, supporting our trusted brand and serving healthcare patients and retail customers across the United States.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and uphold quality standards for privacy reviews and incident management processes

• Provide technical guidance to a growing team and determine actionable goals in an unstructured environment

• Determine root causes of privacy incidents and implementation failures through in-depth technical investigations

• Scale capabilities via identification and implementation of foundational tooling and process improvements

• Assess complex problems, propose high-impact solutions, and execute against successful criteria

• Analyze existing systems and processes against privacy requirements and assist in designing changes to improve compliance with regulations

• Develop privacy impact assessments, technical risk analyses, and facilitate clarifications on the engineering aspects of regulations

• Contribute to product/business strategy and initiatives to address and mitigate privacy risks

• Guide engineering teams during product development to ensure transparent data collection and usage practices, protect user privacy, and mitigate risk

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in privacy and/or technology industry standards/regulations OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 7 years of experience in privacy and/or technology industry standards/regulations
  • Experience working on privacy solutions in an engineering capacity
  • Knowledge of online privacy threats and existing solution spaces for protection
  • Knowledge of privacy and web compatibility trade-offs
  • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial business decisions
  • At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership

**Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities based on performance and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
