Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with front-desk services, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and processing mail and email.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, calendars, and other systems to ensure efficient data flow and quality measures.
- Collaborate with team members to create workflows and process documentation.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Expert level skills in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
