Job Title: Registered Nurse Assistant Manager - ICU

Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Assistant Manager to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team.

About the Role:
  • Assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the ICU.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff development.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing.
  • Three (3) years of related experience in ICU nursing.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
