We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing our services and capabilities through the development of our most valuable asset—our personnel. Our organization has recently consolidated a portion of our highly experienced workforce in the Northeast, creating a more efficient and cost-effective team to better serve our clients. LiRo-Hill is a robust firm with a workforce of 1100, operating from multiple locations.
The primary client for this initiative is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).

Responsibilities
- Manage oversight of the construction contract.
- Ensure adherence to agency policies and procedures.
- Proactively intervene to guarantee timely project completion.
- Collaborate with the design team effectively.
- Assist in resolving any design-related issues that may arise.
- Review and process Requests for Information and Information Bulletins.
- Ensure the safety and security of the construction site.
- Track contractor submissions using a submittal exchange system.
- Keep the agency Area Supervisor updated on progress and issues.
- Conduct bi-weekly project meetings.
- Complete bi-weekly job reports.
- Create and monitor Field Orders and Change Orders.
- Assess the impact of change requests or delays on project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor contractor schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely project completion.
- Hold monthly scheduling meetings.
- Review and assist OGS personnel with claim responses or contractor disputes, as necessary.
- Review monthly contractor payments and track certified payrolls.
- Ensure compliance with the project-specific construction management plan.
- Oversee Inspector duties.
- Coordinate with Code Inspection personnel.
- Complete accident reporting when necessary.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work in secure environments.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- A degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction, specifically with large-scale building or rehabilitation projects.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Project Manager role for large-scale projects valued over $10 million, with comprehensive knowledge of all construction facets and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage various projects using established controls and procedures.
- Provide leadership on job sites in scheduling, safety, and quality assurance.
- Experience in coordinating with designers to address critical project issues.
- Full understanding of the change order and cost review processes, including contractor payment applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel as needed.
- Proficient in web-based submittal collaboration systems.
- Proficient in project scheduling software, preferably Oracle Primavera.
- Experience in cost estimating and negotiating.
- Knowledgeable in the Uniform Building Code.

Compensation: Min: $95,000 - Max: $120,000
