Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing care and monitor patient progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards to maintain patient privacy and safety.
- Assist in the clinical supervision of assistants and aides.
- Serve as a clinical instructor for students in training.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited speech pathology program or equivalent experience.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid SP-Licensed Speech Pathologist certification.
- Certifications: BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Days, Monday - Friday
