Educational Specialist for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching deaf students and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with varying levels of hearing loss.
Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support services, including academic, social, and emotional guidance.
Utilize various teaching methods to engage students and promote language development.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Master's Degree in Education for teaching deaf students.
An NC Teaching Certification in Deaf Education (DHH Certification).
