Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Executive. In this role, you will oversee and manage multiple project teams, particularly in the higher education and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Ensure timely project completion within budget while meeting stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, including contract negotiations and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Mentor and manage project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
- Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in managing subcontractor relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
