FoxTrot Aviation Services is in search of a dedicated Operations Supervisor who is focused on delivering exceptional service quality, fostering customer connections, and cultivating a dependable team.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Ensure consistent service quality for our clientele (60% hands-on cleaning tasks/40% administrative duties). This includes overseeing daily operations to meet FoxTrot standards.

a. Supervise aircraft cleaning, polishing, and interior maintenance tasks.

b. Operate cleaning machinery, including buffing and carpet cleaning equipment, as well as ladders and lifts.

c. Complete quality control checklists after each task.

d. Organize teams to accommodate various aircraft sizes.

e. Uphold safety standards throughout all operations.

f. Manage inventory and coordinate orders with the logistics team.

Success metric: Achieve 100% compliance with checklists and maintain zero quality complaints.

2) Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships through regular communication with current clients and expanding business opportunities. This involves daily adjustments to schedules to meet client demands.

a. Personally engage with clients to finalize daily schedules.

b. Communicate via email and phone regarding scheduling updates.

c. Ensure adequate team hours to meet established goals.

d. Collaborate with the Program Manager to offer additional services to clients as needed.

e. Provide outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service and engagement.

f. Build rapport with new individuals in the hangar.

g. Reach out to potential clients through established contact lists.

Success metric: Meet revenue targets and receive positive feedback from clients.

3) Cultivate a resilient team through effective communication and collaboration with the home office.

a. Maintain daily positive interactions with team members.

b. Establish development plans for each team member in collaboration with leadership.

c. Train team members on quality standards, checklist procedures, and safety protocols.

d. Collaborate with the back office to post job advertisements, conduct interviews, and hire candidates aligned with our core values of GRIT, Solidarity, Client Focus, Safety, and Accountability.

e. Document employee performance through disciplinary forms as necessary.

f. Advocate for raises for high-performing team members.

g. Support other teams and travel to various locations to strengthen network operations.

h. Maintain the company vehicle.

i. Utilize Divvy for expense reporting.

Success metric: Maintain annual full-time turnover below 35% at the location.

Reporting Structure:

The Operations Supervisor reports to the Program Manager and collaborates with the Aviation Supervisor to ensure comprehensive coverage for FoxTrot's clients.

Essential Skills:

  • 1) Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, and twist.
  • 2) Attention to detail while working 8 to 10 hours daily.
  • 3) Medically cleared to operate heavy machinery and perform physical tasks.
  • 4) Excellent communication skills and availability via cell phone at all times.
  • 5) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to frequent schedule changes.

Due to airport security requirements, candidates must also:

  • 6) Pass a basic background check.
  • 7) Successfully complete a drug screening.

Compensation:

Non-Exempt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $59,000-$62,000 annually
